The Painted Torah

How it works

1. Jev reads the chapter. The chapter's verses go in as state. One request asks eleven questions at once: a Choice over the chapter's own verses (which moment to paint), six Choices of art direction, two Scores (tension, scale) and a Noul (is the divine presence part of the scene). They all picture the same moment, so the answers fit together. That's about a hundredth of a cent per chapter.
2. Code writes the prompt. Each answer maps to a fixed phrase. The chosen verse becomes a run of words with its speech dropped, because the image model copies whole sentences into the picture as captions. In the prompt only, God's names are left out, since any word for the divine made the model paint a figure in the sky. Angels appear only where the verse has one. Every person is modestly robed.
3. FLUX.2 [klein] 4B paints it. One 3:2 image per chapter, seeded by book and chapter so every painting can be reproduced. Tesseract then reads each painting, and any with stray lettering is repainted on a new seed. Open any painting to see Jev's probabilities, the runner-up verses and the exact prompt.
